Delivery
We aim for all Bee Inspired Eco Education orders to be delivered within 5 days of you placing your order. Our standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd class post. If you need your items quicker, please get in touch and we will calculate shipping costs.
You will receive an email from us confirming when we dispatch your order.
Occasionally items can get delayed during Royal Mail’s delivery process. Royal Mail aims to deliver 98% of 2nd Class mail within 3 working days of posting however they are unable to guarantee this service.
If your order has not arrived after 3 working days from your expected delivery date (as noted above), please contact us at info@biee.co.uk and we will contact the Royal Mail and launch an investigation on your behalf.
Delivery charges
There is a small postage charge for deliveries. We will post your items out using Royal Mail (2nd class post) at a cost of £3.50.
If you live locally, you can choose collection during the checkout process. There is no charge for this. Please contact us on info@biee.co.uk or via Whatsapp on 07989 790830 before coming to collect so that we can ensure someone is in.
Does Bee Inspired Eco Education deliver outside the UK?
No. Unfortunately we do not deliver either our honey outside the UK. Our delivery does cover anywhere in the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in the mail, all claims must be submitted to info@biee.co.uk no later than 10 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.
We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct and that the post provider has lost the item.
Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
